Salesforce Implementation Specialist - 232739

For a large-scale, strategic Salesforce implementation project within a major organization, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join a professional and leading team.

• Analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Implement, configure, and deploy Salesforce modules based on business requirements
• Write functional and technical specification documents
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization
• Support and train end users, including testing and validation
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams
  

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Implementation Specialist
• Experience managing users, profiles, permissions, objects, and custom screens
• Hands-on experience with Workflows, Flows, and Validation Rules
• Experience building reports and dashboards
• Strong understanding of business processes and system implementation
• Good level of English (reading and writing)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

• Experience with Service Cloud and/or Public Sector Solution
• Experience with Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of SFDX and GIT
• Experience in large-scale implementation projects or public sector organizations
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder)
• Knowledge of Apex and complex integrations with third-party systems
