Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the construction and operation of a large-scale chemical process pilot plant with potential to scale internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, construction, and commissioning of a chemical process pilot facility
• Manage, plan and operate pilot facility
• Collaborate with engineers and R&D teams to develop innovative process solutions
• Oversee and manage operations of the pilot plant for approximately two years
• Potential to lead additional pilot deployments internationally
• Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering – an advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering – and advantage

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment and adapt to new challenges
• At least 10 years of experience in industrial process engineering
• Strong background in project management
• Hands-on experience in operating and managing chemical or process facilities
• Passion for sustainability and innovative climate solutions

• Workdays: Sunday to Thursday
• Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Location: Modiin/southern Israel
• Industry: Environmental Services, Clean Tech
• Employment Type: Full-time
