Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview - support one of the leading tech companies in the market

We are seeking a mid-level Full stack (strong front base) to maintain and evolve a new platform that serves as a unified, researcher-centric hub for security, privacy, and integrity reporting. The role includes leading efforts to decouple submission workflows from company authentication systems and building new features.The position requires working from our office in Tel Aviv three times a week and 2+ years experience. 

• Develop & Deploy: Develop and deploy new features 
• System Operations: Support day-to-day operations and incident response for site-related issues.
• Engineering Design: Translate and analyze engineering requirements into functional designs.
• Integrations: Maintain existing integrations and implement new connectivity with third-party tools.
• Performance: Proactively monitor and maintain the platform to ensure high performance and scalability.

• Experience: 2+ years of full-stack development.
• Core Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Frontend technologies, specifically React, Node.js, and API development.
• System Reliability & incident troubleshooting.
• User Experience: Understanding of the user journey and UI/UX principles.
• AI Knowledge: Leverage agentic AI infrastructure for software development.
• Communication: Communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Computer Science Fundamentals: Data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design patterns.
• Education: B.S. in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience (bootcamps/self-taught with a strong portfolio).

• Experience with Hack codebase.
• Knowledge of Relay and GraphQL.
