We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a well-funded, early-stage AI startup building a next-generation, AI-powered collaboration platform used by large global enterprises. The product combines machine learning, real-time data processing, and an exceptional user experience to solve complex, high-impact workflows at scale.

The Role

• Build and scale a customer-facing AI-driven platform end-to-end
• Work with complex, real-time and 3D data
• As one of the early senior engineers, shape the architecture, engineering culture, and technical direction
• Work in a small, fast-moving team with high ownership and autonomy
• Collaborate closely with product and AI teams to deliver scalable features

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Full Stack development experience in complex user-facing systems
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and break down complex problems
• Expert-level proficiency in Node.js, React, and TypeScript – mandatory
• Strong experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Deep knowledge of modern web development best practices
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)

Nice to Have

• Experience with C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with 3D web frameworks (e.g., Three.js, WebGL)
• Experience building collaboration platforms (Figma-style)
• Exposure to AI / ML-driven systems
