Field / Site IT Technician – Medical Institute

Work Schedule:

Sunday–Thursday | 08:00–17:00

Position Type: Full-time position including a company car

Job Description:

• Computer preparation and imaging
• Installation and maintenance of end-user equipment: computers, monitors, printers, scanners, and peripherals
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including Microsoft Office and internal organizational systems
• Installation and maintenance of network points
• Working with the equipment warehouse: collection, inspection, and testing of hardware
• Traveling between company branches nationwide to handle hardware-related incidents

Requirements:

• Technical background with at least 2 years of hands-on experience – mandatory
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange – mandatory
• Proven experience with computer imaging – mandatory
• Experience working with Acronis – mandatory
• Proven experience with with Image – mandatory
• Experience with ticketing / service management systems: SysAid – mandatory
