Commercial Lawyer (Tech Division)

Herzog Fox & Neeman is seeking a skilled and motivated lawyer to join the product and commercial team of its Tech Division.

Specializing in advising emerging technology companies and startup with regards to their product and ongoing business operations, we are looking for individuals who have a passion for excellence and an innovative perspective in law and technology. This opportunity is ideal for those eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, serving fascinating local and international clients, across areas such as generative AI, cybersecurity, AdTech, fintech, defense and medical.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience from a leading law firm in Israel or a common law jurisdiction (e.g. the US, UK, Canada or Australia), preferably in the areas of technology transactions, IP (with a focus on software licensing and SaaS) or privacy.
• Graduated from a top educational institution in Israel or a common law jurisdiction, and admitted to practice law in Israel and/or such jurisdiction(s).
• Native-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated excellence in technology and product law, with experience in reviewing or drafting product-related legal documents such as SaaS and license agreements, terms of use, privacy policies, finder and reseller agreements, consultancy agreements and open-source licenses .
• Passionate, ambitious, and thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments, and curious about emerging technologies and start-ups.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
