Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a SOC Analyst for a large organization

Role Description

Provide first-line response to cybersecurity incidents through continuous monitoring, analysis, and detection of anomalies and suspicious activity.

The role involves working with SIEM and SOAR systems, handling security alerts, and supporting control and monitoring system operations in a dynamic, learning-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a SOC environment

• Familiarity with network protocols and common ports

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, attack types, and malware

• Experience with security and networking products, including SIEM/SOAR

• Understanding of IT systems, information security, data communications, and OT environments
