DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's technology domain end-to-end, serving as the technical authority across vendors, internal sales teams, and partners
- Act as a trusted advisor for partners on behalf of Exclusive Networks, providing strategic and technical guidance
- Lead and execute partner enablement activities, including technical training and ongoing support
- Own pre-sales activities, managing the end-to-end technical sales process, including:
- Solution characterization and architecture design
- Preparation and submission of technical proposals and quotes
- Establishment and management of demo environments and laboratories
- Planning and execution of Proof of Concept (POC) projects
- Technical responses to tenders, RFPs, and RFIs
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to support go-to-market and sales strategies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Presales or Technical Sales roles
- Proven experience conducting technical and commercial engagements with System Integrators (SIs) and MSSPs
- Strong background in Cybersecurity and Networking, with broad technological understanding and hands-on experience
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills
- Strong self-learning capability, diligence, and the ability to drive and motivate technical processes
- Curiosity, creativity, and a strong desire to build, develop, and grow new business initiatives
- Fortinet NSE certifications - a significant advantage
