System Integration Engineer

Job Position

We are looking for a System Integration Engineer to join our R&D team. The role involves providing functional and technical support in Windows OS environments, including software installation, integration, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. The System Integration Engineer will work closely with the design and software teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, robust solutions.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. in materials/electrical/mechanical engineering, preferably.
• Experience with multidisciplinary systems - at least 2 years.
• Fast and Self-learning, proactive, multitasking, team player.
• Experience in troubleshooting methodologies - an advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills, both in English and Hebrew.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer-facing skills.

What You Will Do

• Implement the product at the customer’s site.
• Diagnose and identify solutions to resolve technical and application issues.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to our customers and management.
• Generating post-implementation reports.
• Remotely support customers and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Plan, lead, and perform SW, HW, and system testing processes on the company’s products.
• On-site training.
• Travel abroad up to 40% a year.
