Microsoft System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft System Administrator to take full responsibility for the ongoing operation, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Microsoft products within the organization.

The role requires management capabilities, experience working with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Power Platform, and strong scripting skills in PowerShell.

The position includes working closely with internal and external teams.

About the Role:

• Learning and training on the products/systems under the team’s responsibility.
• Implementing tasks as part of the team’s quarterly work plan.
• Designing infrastructure architecture for the systems managed by the team.
• Supporting and assisting development teams.
• Performing ongoing maintenance, supporting projects, and implementing infrastructure projects.
• Writing scripts for infrastructure needs.
• Conducting performance and load testing.
• Handling incidents and managing production deployments.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Systems, or graduates of military technology units/ advanced professional courses in the field
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft infrastructure environments, including Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform, with strong knowledge in the following areas:
• Proven and extensive experience with Microsoft 365: OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Apps- mandatory.
• Experience with Dynamics 365- advantage.
• Proven experience in writing complex PowerShell scripts- mandatory.
• Experience with Exchange environments (on-premises and online).
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Python- advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products: Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High motivation and willingness to learn, continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
