About the Role

The Project Quality Manager / Engineer is responsible for leading all quality-related activities throughout the lifecycle of complex projects, from early development through production and delivery.

The role serves as the focal point for quality engineering within the project, ensuring compliance with internal, contractual, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across engineering, manufacturing, and the supply chain.

This position requires strong system-level thinking, close collaboration across multiple interfaces, and the ability to lead quality processes in a dynamic and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project quality requirements – organizational, contractual, and regulatory

• Drive quality processes from the development phase and throughout the project supply chain

• Lead MRB and CAB committees

• Lead continuous quality improvement processes

• Conduct internal and external audits

• Manage project quality risks

• Prepare periodic quality reports and track follow-up actions

Experience Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Systems Engineering / Reliability Engineering

• Strong technical background and hands-on mindset

• System-level thinking and ability to work across interfaces

• High level of English (written and spoken)
