Design & Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join our team for a major metro project. This role involves leading and advancing planning teams across all professional aspects, ensuring compliance with procedures, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage planning processes at all stages, including evaluation of optimal alternatives for design and execution phases.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams, infrastructure interfaces, and liaise with authorities, utility companies, and other stakeholders.
• Manage meetings, prepare summaries and protocols, and monitor implementation of decisions.
• Track and integrate planning materials based on client reviews and ensure updated documentation.
• Represent the company in relevant forums throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Planning Manager or Project Manager in transportation, infrastructure, or rail projects.
• Proven experience in statutory planning and coordination with authorities.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Full proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools is an advantage.
• Hebrew – native; English – high level.
