Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Account Executive, based in Ramat Gan with partial remote work.

The Junior Account Executive will support client relationships, assist with campaign planning, and ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Daily tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams such as creative and strategy departments, tracking progress of campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and preparing reports for clients. This role demands excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to solving challenges in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of marketing, brand building, and campaign execution, as well as a flair for client relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred but not mandatory.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills, including the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and with external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to provide solutions and maintain quality standards in client deliverables.
• Prior experience or a strong interest in the advertising or marketing field is advantageous.
• Proficiency in digital platforms, media tools, and reporting tools is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a plus.
