Customer Retention & Churn Specialist

As a Customer Retention & Churn Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers who have canceled or wish to cancel their service, understanding their concerns, and finding the right solutions to retain them. This role combines sales skills with empathy, patience, and high emotional intelligence.

The position is 100% remote, a full time job.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers who have canceled or requested to cancel their service.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to encourage retention.
• Manage conversations with unsatisfied or disappointed clients with empathy and professionalism.
• Follow up and provide ongoing support for customers who stay after the retention process.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer retention.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations calmly.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hebrew, as the role requires ongoing interaction with local customers.
• Motivation to meet goals and work in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
