Embedded Test Engineer - Yehud Area

A leading company in the Yehud area is looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join a hybrid lab and system integration environment, working on complex real-time embedded systems.

Role Description

• Development and execution of tests for Real-Time / Embedded Real-Time systems
• Testing airborne software and space-related laboratory systems
• Hardware/Software integration in a hybrid lab environment
• Running tests, analyzing results, and producing test reports
• Working with simulators and automation frameworks
• Development of real-time applications and interfaces to simulators
• Linux / Linux RT work, including driver activation or adaptation (user space / kernel as needed)
• Close collaboration with system, hardware, integration, and automation teams
• Writing test documentation and participating in peer reviews

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing tests for Real-Time / Embedded Real-Time systems
• Strong experience working with lab equipment and simulators
• High-level English proficiency
• ISTQB certification - mandatory
• Experience writing test documents: STP, STD, STR
• Hands-on experience with hardware, including reading electrical schematics and working

with lab equipment

• Experience with Linux / Linux RT (Real-Time) environments
• Experience with system integration - advantage
• Experience with test automation - advantage
• Experience with Python development - advantage
