Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected ex-CTO, VP Engineering, or Engineering Director with a strong technical background to join us as our Engineering Capacity Partner and help establish and grow TT PSC’s presence in Israel.

Your Primary Mission

Drive the expansion of AI-powered R&D Augmentation Services across Israel’s tech and enterprise ecosystem — with a focus on CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Product/R&D leadership teams.

This is not a sales role — it is a strategic, technical partnership role, designed for someone who has lived the engineering leadership journey and wants to leverage that experience to impact how Israeli companies scale their R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Engineering Capacity & AI-powered R&D Augmentation initiatives for Israel-based software companies. Act as a strategic partner for CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Product/R&D leaders seeking to scale their engineering capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with TT PSC’s Practice Areas (engineering, cloud, data/AI, and industry vertical teams) to ensure our technical competencies and delivery models align with the needs of Israeli clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of long-term engineering partnerships. Identify opportunities, nurture executive-level relationships, and support the creation of mutually valuable cooperation models that enable sustained business growth — without performing direct sales activities.
• Work with the Go-To-Market team on strategic market initiatives. Provide field insights, co-shape the GTM strategy for Israel, and ensure alignment between client needs, delivery capabilities, and TT PSC’s positioning in the region.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Based in Israel (preferably Tel Aviv or the Central District), with the ability to host and participate in local industry events, meetups, and executive-level meetings.
• At least 10 years of experience across multiple software or technology companies, primarily in senior technical leadership roles such as CTO, VP Engineering, VP R&D, or R&D Director.
• Deep understanding of R&D operations, engineering team scaling challenges, and how organizations evaluate and adopt R&D / Staff Augmentation models.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with external vendors or service providers to enhance delivery capacity, improve velocity, or optimize engineering processes.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities and executive-level credibility when engaging with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and R&D/Product leadership.
• A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently, identify opportunities, and bring structure in an unstructured environment.
