Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to take end-to-end responsibility for process design and engineering of manufacturing systems and auxiliary equipment (Skids).

The role combines hands-on process engineering, office-based design (PFD/P&ID), and on-site project support in Israel and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of process design for manufacturing systems and skids
• Definition and management of PFDs, P&IDs, and FDS (Functional Design Specifications)
• Leading FAT & SAT processes and on-site commissioning at customer facilities
• Failure analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of existing designs
• Participation in new product development and process optimization
• Close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and customers
  

Requirements:

• BSc in Chemical/ Biotechnology/ Mechanical/ Materials Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in the process industry or engineering & design companies
• Strong understanding of process engineering and process control, including flow calculations, pressure drops, and heat transfer
• High analytical ability and strong troubleshooting skills
• Fluent Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel abroad 3-5 times per year for installations, service, and training- mandatory
