Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Integration and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Developing in-depth expertise in production machines and troubleshooting complex on-site issues.
• Delivering training sessions to the maintenance team on machine operation and fault resolution.
• Driving process improvements in collaboration with the Production and Packaging departments.
• Specifying equipment components and machine spare parts.
• Leading upgrade projects, operational optimization initiatives, and the implementation of new technologies in partnership with the Engineering department.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in the industrial sector – mandatory.
• Familiarity with packaging and production machinery – a significant advantage.
• Experience working in a computerized environment.
• Assertiveness and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
