We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team and take ownership of core bookkeeping processes and financial operations. If you're passionate about numbers, accuracy, and working in a fast-paced tech environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions up to the trial balance
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, bank reconciliations, credit cards, and journal entries
• Prepare tax reports and maintain communication with tax authorities (VAT, income tax, National Insurance)
• Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes
• Work closely with the CFO to support ongoing financial operations

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2 or 3 (required)
• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a tech company
• Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills (including advanced formulas)
• High-level English – written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
