The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll take end-to-end ownership of product features that directly impact growth, risk, and conversion metrics.

You'll work closely with product, design, and data to build scalable, high-quality systems used by millions of renters and landlords.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and own end-to-end features (frontend, backend, and infrastructure)
• Build beautiful, responsive, and intuitive UIs
• Develop and scale APIs, services, and data pipelines handling millions of requests
• Improve experimentation and delivery via A/B testing and feature flags
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure quality and performance
• Implement secure authentication and authorization best practices
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams
  
  

• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js (TypeScript)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, CI/CD
• Architecture: Microservices, event-driven systems
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack / Software Engineer
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
• Strong experience with server-side development (Node.js / Python / Java / C#)
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• BSc in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience

• Experience with event-driven or event-sourcing systems
• Background in FinTech / high-scale B2C systems
