System Administrator

🔧 System Administrator | Air-Gapped Environment

We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to join a small and professional IT team, responsible for managing core infrastructure in an air-gapped (offline) environment.

🛠 About the Role

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure in a closed network
• Administration of servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure
• Work with VMware / Hyper-V
• Active Directory & GPO management
• Responsibility for backup, recovery, and business continuity
• Lead IT projects and support system integrations
• Work in a small team (7 members) with end-to-end ownership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator
• Experience with Windows & Linux
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, GPO, Exchange
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN)
• Scripting skills (PowerShell / Bash – strong advantage)
