🔧 System Administrator | Air-Gapped Environment
We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to join a small and professional IT team, responsible for managing core infrastructure in an air-gapped (offline) environment.
🛠 About the Role
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure in a closed network
- Administration of servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure
- Work with VMware / Hyper-V
- Active Directory & GPO management
- Responsibility for backup, recovery, and business continuity
- Lead IT projects and support system integrations
- Work in a small team (7 members) with end-to-end ownership
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator
- Experience with Windows & Linux
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, GPO, Exchange
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell / Bash – strong advantage)
