We’re hiring a Billing Team Lead 🚀
Role Description
• Full responsibility for leading a billing development and QA team
• End-to-end ownership of billing processes – from requirements and solution design to development, testing and production deployment
• Support and maintenance of existing billing systems, including handling production issues
• Ongoing collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Team leadership, mentoring and professional development
• Work plan management and accountability for meeting SLA targets
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in billing development
• Proven experience leading a team – mandatory
• Strong experience with Oracle and PL/SQL – mandatory
• Experience with Billing / ERP systems – an advantage
• Experience with Angular and Informatica development – an advantage
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces
