Process & Project Manager – Industrial Manufacturing Excellence

For one of our clients, a leading international industrial manufacturing company, we are seeking a

Process & Project Manager with strong ownership, execution focus, and a commitment to operational excellence.

This role is based in the manufacturing environment and is responsible for defining, managing, and improving production processes, as well as leading cross-functional projects within the manufacturing plant. The position plays a central role in driving operational excellence, efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.

• Define, document, standardize, and manage end-to-end manufacturing processes to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead cross-functional projects within the manufacturing plant, from planning through execution, to drive efficiency and results.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure effective execution and sustainable improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Proven experience in process management and project execution in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational workflows.
• Proven ability to take ownership and deliver results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
