Economist / Business Analyst – Real Estate Department

We are looking for a motivated Economist / Business Analyst to join our Real

Estate Department and take part in the end-to-end support of entrepreneurial real

estate projects and purchasing groups.

Role Description

Comprehensive involvement in real estate development projects and purchasing

groups, starting from initial feasibility analysis and project evaluation, through

decision-making support, and ongoing project management.

The role includes close monitoring of project progress, analysis of performance

reports, budget control, and management of fund disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct comprehensive Due Diligence, including in-depth analysis of

financial statements of real estate companies (public and private) and

coordination of legal reviews.

 Preparation of credit committee materials, including project analysis, market

analysis, financial modeling, and assessment of risks and opportunities.

 Close collaboration with developers, supervisors, insurance companies,

appraisers, and legal advisors.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: Economics, Finance, Business

Administration, or Accounting.

 At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role within banking,

insurance companies, non-bank real estate financing, or appraisal firms –

mandatory.

 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – mandatory.

 Experience working with AI tools – an advantage.
