We’re Hiring | Senior Architect / Team Leader (Revit Expert)

A leading architectural firm is looking for a Senior Architect / Team Leader to take a key role in leading complex, high-impact projects from concept to detailed design.

This is a central leadership position for an experienced architect who combines strong design thinking with excellent technical and project management skills — someone who can lead a team, solve challenges, and drive projects forward with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural design process across all planning stages
• (programming, concept, schematic design, detailed design)
• Manage and mentor a design team, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth
• Oversee complex projects and ensure alignment with design standards and project goals
• Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams
• Produce and review architectural drawings and documentation
• Develop and deliver high-level presentations for clients and stakeholders
• Solve complex design and technical challenges with a proactive approach

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in planning and designing complex architectural projects (mandatory)
• Proven experience in team leadership / team management
• Native-level Hebrew proficiency (spoken and written) – mandatory
• High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong planning expertise across all project phases
• High design capabilities and attention to detail
• Strong presentation skills and ability to create professional visual materials
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
