We are seeking a Physician–Researcher to join our growing team and play a central role in bridging clinical medicine, research, and product development.
In this position, you will work closely with our product managers and data scientists to guide research strategy, help define clinical assessments, and support the development and validation of an AI-driven tool for complex medical decision-making.
What You Will Do:
- Design, implement, and maintain clinical and research evaluation frameworks, including validation metrics, benchmarking strategies, and quality assurance processes for an AI-based tool.
- Develop and test assessment tools and protocols to ensure the safety, accuracy, and reliability of the AI system in real-world clinical settings.
- Partner with product teams to design and refine physician-facing interfaces, ensuring workflows align with clinical practice and user needs.
- Collaborate with in-house physicians and external clinical partners to evaluate system performance, usability, and clinical relevance.
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (MD) with valid certification.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, conducting, and supervising research projects.
- Strong publication record, including experience with diverse publication formats (e.g., original research, reviews etc).
- Solid understanding of artificial intelligence applications in healthcare, with particular familiarity with large language models (LLMs).
- English - Full professional proficiency.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site position at our Tel Aviv office.
Required Qualifications:
Additional academic training or degree in statistics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related quantitative field.
Prior experience in a startup, industry, or applied research environment.
