Project Manager - PPC 229483

A leading defense manufacturing company in Netanya is seeking a Project Manager in the Planning & Production Control (PPC) department to join the R&D division.

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of PPC activities and project workflows.
• Managing material planning and shortage reports within an ERP system.
• Creating and monitoring project schedules.
• Opening and managing work orders, and scheduling production across manufacturing lines.
• Material planning and operational control: material simulations, inventory level management, and handling purchase order changes (expedite/deferral/cancellation).
• Leading project-related activities in collaboration with the R&D team.
• Independent task and priority management.
• Working with multiple interfaces across the organization.
• Conducting project risk assessment and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree – mandatory.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role – mandatory.
• Experience working with subcontractors, material management, and production plans.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and procurement processes – mandatory.
• Experience with work orders and material scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; PRIORITY knowledge is mandatory.
• Familiarity with engineering processes and configuration management – mandatory.
• Experience with AGILE systems – an advantage.
• Availability for overtime – mandatory.
• High-level English.
