Drug Safety / Pharmacovigilance Associate (PV) – Hybrid | North Israel
A growing biotech/pharma company developing innovative therapies for rare diseases is looking for an experienced Pharmacovigilance Associate to join its Safety team.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end safety surveillance activities for products in clinical development and support cross-functional teams across PV, Clinical Operations and Regulatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety case processing and medical review support
- Ongoing safety surveillance, periodic safety assessments & signal detection
- Literature monitoring and supporting internal Safety Committees
- Contribute to safety sections in clinical/regulatory documents (Protocols, IB, ICF, CSR, DSUR)
- Support PV SOPs, internal trainings and compliance with evolving global regulations
- Manage Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEA) and work with external partners/vendors (advantage)
- Support Clinical Operations activities across the study lifecycle (advantage)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety (biotech/pharma)
- Strong knowledge of ICH / GCP / FDA / EMA guidelines
- Hands-on experience supporting safety in clinical trials
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High-level English (written & spoken)
📍 Location: North Israel | Hybrid (mix of onsite + remote)
