Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics & Planning team - someone with a passion for getting things done.

This role involves daily fulfillment activities with the logistics center, handling shipping instructions and tracking and overseeing logistics center operations.

You will proactively solve daily issues to ensure excellent customer service and continuous improvement. We use an interesting and diverse technology stack, including SAP inventory management, vendor-customized tools, Excel, and BI tools.

In this position, you will use your expertise to drive execution for daily operations, pay attention to detail, and maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily fulfillment activities.
• IQC monitoring and prioritization to ensure ongoing supply to customers.
• Gain experience with inventory management and production scheduling to grow planning skills and create impact on supplies.
• Interface with various stakeholders, including sales, customer service teams, planning, product management, and vendor focal points.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineer or Logistics Coordinator up to 2 years of experience as a supply chain planner or logistics coordinator.
• B.Sc. graduate in Industrial Engineering.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Problem solver, capable of finding creative solutions and getting things done.
• Fluent in English
