About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative AI Specialist with a creative mindset, someone who can craft high-performing ads using the newest AI video tools and elevate the speed and quality of our creative pipeline.

This is a role for someone who’s excited to create, iterate, test, and push creative boundaries inside a high-energy start-up.

What You’ll Do

Create & Experiment

• Generate new ad formats using advanced AI video workflows (UGC, Cinematic, Product, Motion Graphics)
• Produce polished, high-performing marketing videos with fast turnaround
• Explore new generative video models the moment they drop

Edit & Enhance

• Handle post-production, motion adjustments, color, timing, pacing, and polish
• Improve creative quality while reducing production time

Optimize & Systematize

• Build and refine creative workflows that later become automations
• Work closely with the creative and product teams to shape scalable pipelines

What You Bring

• Strong video editing & storytelling skills (marketing-oriented)
• Experience with AI Creative platforms (Weavy, ComfyUI, Flow, etc.)
• High-level English

Must Have

• Proficiency in Adobe suite
• 2 years experience in creative marketing
• Working under tight deadlines
• A portfolio that includes:
• AI-Generated Projects
• Offline & Online Editing

Bonus Points

• Background in post-production studios
• Familiarity with node-based workflows
• 3D/VFX experience
