Senior Manager, Accounting

Axonius is seeking a motivated Sr. Manager, Accounting to join our Finance team and oversee the financial operations of our international subsidiaries. Reporting to Idan, you will lead a dedicated team and manage the monthly close processes, global payroll, and local tax compliance for entities in Israel, the UK, Germany, and Portugal. This role acts as a critical bridge to our US finance leadership, ensuring international financial accuracy and operational efficiency as we continue to scale globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for international entities, ensuring adherence to US GAAP and local GAAP standards
• Oversee global payroll operations and tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax) across Israel, UK, Germany, and Portugal in coordination with external consultants.
• Collaborate daily with US-based finance leadership (West Coast) on intercompany transactions, financial reporting, and consistent global accounting practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, focusing on career development, process automation, and setting measurable KPIs for payroll and journal entry accuracy.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Active CPA certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and advanced Excel skills.
• Direct experience working in a high-tech, multinational SaaS company.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from an accredited institution.
• Experience with specialized finance tools such as Zip, FloQast (reconciliation), or Numeric (AI-driven finance).
• Proven track record of managing international subsidiaries and external audits in multiple jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with US-based executive leadership and global stakeholders
