What You’ll Do

• Own and develop Neolithics’ marketing strategy and execution end-to-end

• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging

• Create high-quality content in English and Spanish (presentations, decks, one-pagers, website copy,

case studies)

• Own brand, storytelling, and visual aesthetics

• Support sales with tailored materials for customers, partners, and investors

• Build and drive marketing processes that work in a fast-moving startup

• Collaborate daily with product, engineering, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a hands-on marketing leadership role

• Strategic thinker who executes independently

• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail

• Like to occasionally push the envelope and think creative

• Highly organized, people-oriented, and process-driven

• Comfortable working under pressure and ambiguity

• Fluent in English and Spanish (one should be mother tongue)

Big Plus

• Agritech, FoodTech, Fresh Produce, or Industrial / Deep Tech background

• Experience marketing technical, hardware-enabled, or AI-driven productsWhat This Role Is Not
