Role Description

This is a freelance, project based, on site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for a Generative AI Consultant. The role focuses on leading client discovery and workflow design sessions, translating business needs into practical GenAI powered processes, and delivering hands on training that drives adoption.

You will work closely with client stakeholders to define clear use cases, build repeatable workflows, and support teams in integrating GenAI into their daily work. The role requires strong client facing capabilities, facilitation skills, and real experience using GenAI to improve how teams operate.

Qualifications

Proven experience in delivering training, workshops, or enablement programs in professional environments

Proven client facing experience, including discovery, needs assessment, and leading structured conversations

Hands on experience with Generative AI tools and building practical workflows for real business teams

Strong consulting skills with the ability to translate business goals into actionable processes and deliverables

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non technical stakeholders

Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and ability to create structured outputs from ambiguous inputs

High level of ownership, professionalism, and ability to work independently in client environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with multiple departments such as operations, customer support, marketing, sales, finance, or HR

Experience creating reusable assets such as workflow templates, prompt libraries, and quality guidelines

Familiarity with responsible AI practices, privacy considerations, and organizational AI policies
