Role Description

A growing Medical Device company is seeking a Facility Manager for a key role in establishing and leading a new assembly and repair facility in North America.

The position is open in one of the following states: Ohio, North Carolina, or Indiana.

This is a senior operational role with broad responsibility over production, logistics, and daily facility operations, including the setup phase and ongoing management.

Responsibilities:

Leading the establishment and initial setup of an assembly line and repair center

Full responsibility for daily operational management of the facility

Managing production, logistics, and operational workflows

Leading teams of employees and managers (tens of employees)

Ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant operational processes

Hands-on problem solving and continuous operational improvement

Close collaboration with global stakeholders and headquarters

Requirements:

Technical background with hands-on operational experience – mandatory

Proven experience in production and logistics environments – mandatory

Demonstrated people management experience, including leading large teams – mandatory

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Undergraduate degree in a technology-related field or Practical Engineer certification – mandatory

High level of English – mandatory

Previous experience working with Israeli companies – advantage
