Financial Controller

Controller – Global SaaS Company.

A global SaaS company is looking for a Controller to join their finance team.

This is an expansive, independent role reporting directly to the VP Finance.

The position offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end processes, work closely with the US market, and enjoy high flexibility with 4 days of remote work per week!

Job Description:

• Manage ongoing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Prepare financial statements and tax reports.
• Handle global taxation issues.
• Develop and manage budgets, including detailed budget vs. actual variance analysis.
• Conduct financial analysis and build/maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
• Develop and implement internal controls.
• Oversee and monitor bookkeeping activities.

Requirements:

• CPA certification – Mandatory! (Big 4 experience – a significant advantage).
• Previous experience in a high-tech company or startup – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with NetSuite – an advantage.
• High analytical capabilities and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Fluent English – Mandatory.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and efficient ("Hands-on" approach).
• Flexibility with working hours to support US operations as needed.
