We are looking for a Senior ETL Developer to join the Data Department of a large-scale organization.

This is a full-time hybrid role, with partial remote flexibility.

In this role, you will take a hands-on part in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise ETL pipelines, integrating data from multiple operational, legacy, and analytical systems into centralized data platforms (DWH / Data Lake).

• Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL processes using tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Talend (or similar enterprise ETL platforms)
• Implement data integration flows from multiple heterogeneous sources (databases, files, APIs, legacy systems)
• Perform data profiling, transformations, validations, and error handling at scale
• Optimize ETL performance for large data volumes and batch processing
• Collaborate closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Maintain high standards of data quality, reliability, and documentation
• Participate in troubleshooting production issues and continuous improvement of data pipelines
  

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an ETL Developer in enterprise or large-scale environments
• Strong practical experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Talend (at least one at a high level)
• Solid understanding of data integration concepts, ETL architecture, and data modeling
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data workflows
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases
• Experience integrating data across on-prem, cloud, and legacy systems – an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Data Science / Engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently within a team
