Our innovative solution leverages a predictive AI algorithm to optimize nurse scheduling.

In-House was founded in 2023 by Ari, the previous founder of a digital health company with a >$1B valuation; and Shachar, who managed 30+ algorithm developers in 8200 and was a top engineer and Team Lead at Google.

About the Role

Join our lean and fast-paced team at In-House Health, where you’ll play a pivotal role in translating user needs to a seamless product experience. Working directly with the founders and engineering team, you will bridge the gap between complex data insights and user-centric features. This is a high-impact role where you will use data to validate hypotheses, define the product roadmap, and help scale a solution that is solving one of healthcare’s biggest challenges.

About You

• Experience: You have ~2 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within a healthcare or early stage startup.

• Data-Driven: You don't wait for reports - you build them. You have strong SQL skills and the ability to perform independent data analysis to drive product decisions.

• Early-Stage Mindset: You are highly motivated and thrive in a self-directed, "blank canvas" environment where taking initiative is the norm.

• Analytical & Technical: You are comfortable working alongside elite engineers and can question algorithmic logic and translate it into actual product requirements.

• Mission-Oriented: You are excited about using AI and data to improve the lives of healthcare professionals.
