Job Description:

We are seeking a Software QA Team Lead for a managerial and professional role focused on testing SCADA and other mission-critical systems. The position requires proven experience in leading complex QA processes, managing professional QA teams, and working closely with a wide range of technological and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 5–6 years in software testing
• Relevant academic education
• At least 4 years of experience managing a QA team and testing complex systems
• Significant advantage for experience with SCADA systems, control and monitoring systems, or real-time systems
• In-depth knowledge of advanced QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Experience in both manual and automated testing
• Experience defining, measuring, and controlling quality metrics (KPIs, Defect Density, Test Coverage)
• Experience working with development teams and external vendors
• Ability to plan and establish complex testing environments
• Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring capabilities
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, including technical writing and status presentations
