Junior Program Operations

Elevation is looking for a Junior Program Operations Coordinator to take an active part in our fast-growing company. The Program Operations Coordinator will manage a variety of operational aspects in our diverse programs and be an integral part of our academies, while maintaining a close relationship with the academy staff and participants and actively ensuring the smooth operation pre, during, and post programs. As a Program Operations Coordinator, you will be working closely with our prospects, marketing team, placement team and program managers.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our Program Managers to plan and coordinate upcoming programs.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing programs.
• Take an active part in our programs and make sure everything is running smoothly.
• Initiate out-of-the-box ideas to improve operational tasks and make them more efficient.
• Work closely with the marketing team to generate qualified leadsReach out to prospective candidates and “push” them along the funnel.

Requirements:

• Team player - Able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company.
• Resourceful and creative problem solver, with a can-do approach.
• Excellent communication and insight-based presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal - a must. Arabic- An advantage.

Bonus:

• 0-2 years experience in an Ops / Program management/ Project management role.
• Experience with project management softwares (Monday, Asana, Jira etc).
• Experience with HubSpot / Salesforce / Other CRM software
