Role Overview:

• Leading multidisciplinary system design for advanced military and space applications.
• Managing end-to-end Electronic Packaging (Mechanical-Electronic), including manufacturing technologies, assembly methods, and verification processes.
• Designing high-durability solutions to withstand extreme environmental conditions, focusing on thermal management (heat transfer) and vibration resistance.
• Working across diverse organizational interfaces, collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Managing complex design cycles while adhering to challenging project timelines.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering – Mandatory.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Design.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing technologies, assembly methods, and verification processes.
• Proven expertise in mechanical design under extreme environmental constraints (Heat transfer, vibrations, etc.).
