🚀 We’re hiring – Risk Assessment / GRC Consultant | Full-Time
CYFORCE is expanding its security consulting team and is hiring a Risk Assessment / GRC Consultant for a full-time or part-time role.
The position focuses on performing organizational risk assessments, cyber risk surveys, and security posture evaluations for mid-size and enterprise organizations, translating technical and operational gaps into clear business risk and actionable recommendations.
🔐 Key Responsibilities
- Conducting organizational cyber risk assessments and security surveys
- Reviewing IT infrastructure, cloud environments, identity management, and security controls
- Identifying security gaps, weaknesses, and risk scenarios
- Mapping risks to industry standards and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.)
- Evaluating policies, procedures, and security governance
- Producing clear, professional risk assessment reports with prioritized remediation plans
- Presenting findings to management and security stakeholders
🎓 Required / Preferred Experience
- 1+ years of experience in cyber risk assessment, GRC, or security consulting
- Strong understanding of IT, cloud, Active Directory, and security architectures
- Familiarity with risk frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS – advantage)
- Ability to translate technical findings into business risk
- Experience with audits, gap analysis, or security surveys – advantage
- Certifications such as ISO 27001 LI/LA, CISM, CRISC, or similar – advantage
