Digital Project Manager (24379)

Job Description:

• End-to-end (E2E) leadership of digital projects, including roadmap planning, scope definition, timelines, budget control, and risk and change management
• Full ownership of digital solutions delivery, from requirements and design through development, testing, launch, and implementation
• Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including development teams, infrastructure, information security, external vendors, and software houses
• Supporting development processes across Web and Mobile platforms (iOS/Android), CMS, CRM systems, payment systems, data analytics solutions, and more
• Leading go-live and implementation processes, including functional and regression testing, defect management, release architecture preparation, and production readiness
• Ensuring solution quality, stability, and alignment with organizational standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Business Administration – a significant advantage
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale digital projects in Web and Mobile environments
• Proven experience managing projects in complex, multi-interface environments with modern architectures
• Technical understanding of Web architectures (React / Angular) and Native or Hybrid mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native) – an advantage
• Experience with REST / GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture
• Experience working with vendors, software houses, and UI/UX agencies
• Proven ability to work in matrix organizations and lead technological teams
• Experience in writing technical specifications and performing systems analysis
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) – an advantage
• Experience integrating backend systems such as CRM, ERP, ESB, Billing, and Identity Management – an advantage
• Proven experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban), including backlog management and sprint planning – an advantage
