RF Engineer

Role Overview:

• Leading electrical testing and integration for complex, radar-integrated systems within the production and integration lines.
• Overseeing the critical transition phase from R&D to Serial Production (NPI).
• Executing end-to-end system validation: software flashing, calibrations, environmental stress testing (ESS), and final product certification.
• Serving as a key technical focal point across multiple interfaces, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Project Management.
• Providing global technical support, including occasional travel (1-2 times a year) to support international customers on-site.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – Mandatory.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in RF Development.
• Proven track record in developing RF Chains, from the characterization phase through to serial production.
• Extensive experience in subsystem integration and comprehensive electrical testing for high-end products.
• Mastery in operating and characterizing RF Test Equipment (Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, etc.).
• Proficiency in RF simulation tools.
• Strong technical writing skills for specifications and test procedures.
• Advantage: Experience in Communication Systems Engineering.
• Ability to work in a high-intensity environment, including readiness for overtime as required by project milestones.
