A global technology company operating at the forefront of artificial intelligence and AI infrastructure is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join on a part-time basis.
This role focuses on building a high-caliber engineering team for an advanced AI project, working closely with senior technical leaders in a highly technical, research-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for software engineers and researchers
- Partner closely with senior engineering and research leadership
- Own sourcing strategies, screening, and interview coordination
- Recruit for complex roles across AI, infrastructure, and large-scale systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical recruiting (engineering-focused)
- Strong ability to work independently and drive processes end-to-end
- Experience recruiting for highly technical or research-heavy roles
- Availability for part-time work
- AI / R&D recruiting experience — a strong advantage
