Hardware Development Engineer

Role Overview:

• Taking a lead role in end-to-end board design: from schematics and layout to bring-up and system integration.
• Developing high-speed hardware involving 10/25Gbps Ethernet, high-performance CPUs, and Ethernet switches.
• Designing RF components up to 1.8GHz, including amplifiers, couplers, and filters.
• Collaborating on embedded software integration and performing comprehensive board and system-level verification.
• Providing technical guidance and oversight to Layout Engineers throughout the design cycle.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized academic institution.
• 3+ years of proven experience in High-Speed Board Design (speeds exceeding 8Gbps) and power design.
• Expert proficiency with OrCAD CIS schematics tools.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed digital interfaces and RF/Analog design.
• Strong background in the full product lifecycle, including board bring-up and system integration.
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to hardware verification.
