About the Role:

As a QA Automation Engineer at Sheba, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and

reliability of our healthcare technology solutions. Working closely with our development team,

you'll design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks that safeguard the integrity

of our applications. Your expertise will help deliver seamless user experiences for healthcare

professionals and patients while maintaining the high standards required in medical software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive automated test suites for web and mobile

healthcare applications

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand

requirements and create effective test strategies

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and other

automation tools

• Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to align testing priorities with

development cycles

• Create detailed test ation including test plans, test cases, and defect reports

• Identify, , and track bugs through resolution using test management tools

• Perform regression testing to ensure new developments don't impact existing

functionality

• Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

• Monitor and analyze test results to improve application quality and testing efficiency

• Stay updated with QA automation best practices and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation engineering

• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, Java)

• Experience testing web applications and responsive designs

• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and issue tracking tools

• Experience working in small, agile teams with fast-paced development cycles

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical

experience)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Testim.io automation platform

• Familiarity with healthcare applications or medical software testing

• Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks (Appium, XCTest)

• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

• Experience with performance and security testing

• Knowledge of test data management techniques

• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow)

• Familiarity with accessibility testing standards

• Experience in small team environments where adaptability and ownership are essential
