Raw Materials & Production Line Planner

📍 Biotech Company | One-Year Temporary Position

A leading biotechnology company is looking for a Raw Materials & Production Line Planner to join its Supply Chain & Operations team.

This is a great opportunity to work in a regulated, high-tech manufacturing environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in production planning and material availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage raw materials in alignment with production plans, ensuring availability and optimal inventory levels
• Coordinate closely with Manufacturing and Quality teams for approval and onboarding of new materials
• Conduct investigations and analyses using ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) models related to raw material management
• Support ERP system data management in accordance with organizational business processes, including planning (ASCP), logistics, and financial modules
• Identify, manage, and escalate system issues (Incidents)
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve performance monitoring and operational control
• Maintain master data in information systems (BOM updates, item creation, routing updates, etc.)
• Own and manage knowledge, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Work in full compliance with GMP procedures and SOPs

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management – Mandatory
• Proven experience working with ERP systems (Oracle – strong advantage) – Mandatory
• 3+ years of experience in Production Planning / Material Management – Mandatory
• Advanced Excel skills – Mandatory
• High level of English (written & spoken) – Advantage
• Experience with Power BI – Advantage
• Experience working with global stakeholders / customers – Advantage
