Hands On Scrum Master – Core Team

We're looking for an experienced Hands-ON Scrum Master to join our team.

This is a unique hybrid role combining hands-on development with Scrum Master

responsibilities, helping lead our transition to AI-based development practices.

This position is approximately 50% hands-on development and 50% Scrum Master duties, working closely with the team lead to drive team excellence and AI adoption.

Responsibilities:

Development (50%)

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions in C++ and Go
• Contribute to system modernization efforts and microservices architecture
• Champion Design-First Development practices - ensuring features are properly planned and documented before implementation
• Lead by example in adopting AI-assisted development tools and methodologies
• Optimize and refactor existing systems to improve performance and maintainability
• Debug and solve complex issues across various layers of the application
• Mentor team members on best practices, coding standards, and AI tool utilization

Scrum Master (50%)

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions
• Track and communicate sprint progress, velocity, and team metrics
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation
• Support the team lead in driving the transition to AI-based development workflows
• Ensure proper adoption of design documentation practices across the team

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development - MUST
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ - MUST
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and optimization - MUST
• Proven experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cline, Cursor, or similar) -MUST
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining back-end distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent debugging abilities
• Exceptional communication skills - ability to collaborate effectively and present complex concepts clearly
• Natural leader who leads by example and inspires others
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) – Big advantage
• Experience with Go -Lang - Big advantage
• Experience with AWS Cloud services -Big advantage
• Experience with performance optimization and profiling tools -Big advantage
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Big advantage
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog)- Big advantage
