Solutions Architect

An innovative Fintech Startup developing a sophisticated AI Digital Agent. Their platform enables natural, human-like conversations that guide customers through complex financial journeys such as account opening, loan applications, and payments.

The company is in a significant growth phase and is moving towards a Series A funding round.

Located in Tel Aviv (accessible by public transport) with a hybrid model of two days per week from home.

Role Overview-

• This is a multidisciplinary role that bridges the gap between deep AI technology and business impact. You will take full ownership of the technical implementation and customer success journey.
• AI Strategy: Designing and optimizing AI workflows and complex conversational logic.
• Prompt Engineering: Developing and refining prompts to ensure high-accuracy, compliant, and natural interactions.
• Customer Facing: Leading direct technical engagements with global financial clients to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• QA & Optimization: Establishing testing methodologies to ensure the reliability and safety of GenAI outputs in a regulated environment.

Requirements-

• Proven experience working with LLMs (Large Language Models) or Generative AI technologies.
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering and workflow design.
• Significant experience in translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong background in QA/Testing methodologies specifically for AI-driven processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead high-level technical discussions with clients.
