Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, identifying and analyzing market trends, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include building relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to implement targeted marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

• Sales skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and lead generation expertise
• Marketing abilities such as creating promotional campaigns, tracking market trends, and implementing strategic marketing plans
• Experience in digital marketing and social media engagement
• Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and using analytics tools to support informed decision-making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including crafting and presenting compelling pitches
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in the construction, design, or engineering industries is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English is required
